Thinking of others...
Support for Ukraine
Our Ash Wednesday Service supported the International Day of Prayer for Peace especially thinking about the Ukraine. Worship Group wanted to support Holy Trinity Mother’s Union in their collection of items for the Ukraine and so they organised a ‘Non-Uniform Day’.
Children & adults in school wore the colours of the flag of the Ukraine or non-uniform today and donated money for doing so. Worship Group are astounded by the generosity of our Freckleton family and are pleased to announce that this action raised £650
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.

GODLY PLAY BUS
Thank you to the Lancashire Methodist District Circuit for providing the Godly Play Bus this week to enrich our RE Curriculum.
Thank you also to the Parish Council who have allowed the Godly Play Bus to park on the Tom Croft Car Park.
The Godly Play Bus is a Methodist project to bring the Bible message of God's love to children all over the district in a fun and innovative way and we are very happy to be the 'guinea pigs' on its debut.
The children have gone onto the bus to enrich their work in RE on the season of Advent as we prepare for Christmas and the birth of God's Son Jesus.
The children have really enjoyed this experience and we are blessed to have this opportunity!
